99 Schnitzels (Veal Ain’t One) was Josh’s debut hour. In fact, it was his debut doing comedy! He didn’t realise that comics were meant to first learn stand-up at open mic nights and eventually work up to an hour of material. Naively, he just decided to put on an hour-long sketch show. Luckily it worked out, the show completely sold out the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and went on to win the 2017 Best Comedy Award at FRNGE WORLD Perth.
“superb character comedy” ★★★★★ The Australia Times
“Glanc confidently combines several comedic elements in a manner that belies his relative inexperience… an up-and-coming Australian talent that you’ll likely hear a lot more about in the coming years” ★★★★ 1/2 The Advertiser
“Surreal, frenetic, peculiar…yet indisputably energising. There’s a bit of Peter Sellers at play here… If you’ve never seen a chameleon, here’s your chance.” ★★★★ Herald Sun
